Shipping policy

We ship orders every Monday and Thursday, these are sent on a 1-3 business days courier service to potentially arrive on Tuesday or Friday respectively.  

Although occasionally couriers will have unexpected delays and we cannot 100% guarantee next day delivery.  If you still haven't received your order within 5 days, please contact hello@kentishpip.co.uk

Orders must be completed before 8am on the shipping day to be packed and dispatch in time (although we will always try and get your order out as soon as possible).

Please make sure someone over the age of 18 is available to receive the delivery to avoid delays in receiving your goods.

Standard Shipping: Mainland UK

We offer varied delivery charges depending on the amount of products ordered and the total weight of all items ordered.

0kg-2kg = £2.99

2.1kg-5kg = £5.99

5.1kg-19.9kg = £8.99

20kg and above and all orders over £60 will be free from delivery charges

*Shipping charges are inclusive of VAT

From time to time we may offer reduced or free shipping as a special offer either by discount code or as an automated discount.  This will be applied at the check out.
