As well as apples we also grow grapes for wine at Woolton Farm. In 2021 we fermented Broxwood Foxwhelp apple juice in contact with the skins from our Pinot Noir grapes. The resulting cider is lightly sparkling, dry, with fresh acidity. Bright green and red fruit notes and a distinctive vinous and mineral character.
Drink as an aperitif or pair with a fresh tomato salad, fine Caerphilly or Wensleydale cheese.
